Return Policy – Bay Area Tile and Hardwood Supply

At Bay Area Tile and Hardwood Supply, we provide the best materials in the industry for your projects. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy varies based on the type of item purchased and the vendor we partner with.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All slabs, mosaics, tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl, and laminate flooring are not eligible for returns. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned due to handling, logistics, and potential variations in batch colors.
  • Custom or special-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Returnable Items:

  • Any Schluter items stocked in either our Pleasanton or Walnut Creek location may be eligible for returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and require proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Restocking Fee & Return Processing:

  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee between 20% and 35% depending on the vendor.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
