Return Policy – Bay Area Tile and Hardwood Supply

At Bay Area Tile and Hardwood Supply, we strive to provide high-quality materials for your projects. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy varies based on the type of item purchased.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Full pallets of tile or hardwood flooring are not eligible for returns. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned due to handling, logistics, and potential variations in batch colors.
  • Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returnable Items:

  • Finishing products, Schluter items, and small portions of decorative tile may be eligible for returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and require proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Tile Returns:

  • Any return involving tile that was purchased alongside other products must be handled directly with our team. Please contact us at 925-406-3000 before initiating a return.
  • Tile returns are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the shipment method, size of the return, and product condition.

Restocking Fee & Return Processing:

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
