Description
The DITRA-HEAT-E-RS1™ Wi-Fi Programmable Touchscreen Thermostat allows you to control your floor heating system from your smartphone and through popular third-party integrations. It features a beautiful front “mirror” finish, capacitive touch buttons, and an all-new design. Multiple energy-saving functions are built-in, including detailed consumption reports. The thermostat displays current outdoor weather and offers quick and easy installation and setup. It has an adaptive backlight and supports Geofencing functionality to activate heating when you’re returning home and detect when you’re away. You can create Scenes when multiple thermostats are installed, and a Temperature Limit feature provides protection for laminate, LVT, and similar floor coverings. It is compatible with the new Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT-E-RRS power module (DHE-RR-2/BW). Note that the floor sensor wire is not included with the thermostat (sensor wires are included with Ditra Heat Cables).
This smart thermostat brings intelligent, adaptive control, making it convenient to manage and monitor your DITRA-HEAT floor warming system from any location via your smartphone or voice assistants like Google, Alexa, and Apple HomeKit. The DHERT105/BW model features a sleek design with a mirror-finish and integrates with popular voice and home assistants to easily add floor warming into your smart home capabilities and control DITRA-HEAT-E-HK heating cables (120 V or 240 V).
The thermostat includes a built-in Class A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and is operated via touchscreen. It offers a pre-set schedule that can be programmed to fit your needs. When connected to WiFi, it provides convenient monitoring and adjustment via web or mobile app. Two heating cables can be connected, up to a total heating load limit of 15 amps. For heating loads exceeding 15 amps (e.g., large floor applications), the DITRA-HEAT-E-RR power module (requiring a separate circuit) can be used in conjunction with the thermostat to maintain a single point of control.
